Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were beautiful, clean, and spacious, of a good size, comfy, and spotless. Despite a wedding party on Saturday, who were all well-behaved, it was a peaceful stay. The service was prompt overall, with a slight delay and a mix-up. The location is convenient for exploring the Highland activities and sights, with cozy interiors despite the external appearance. The dining experience offered a good selection but could be improved. The facilities were well-maintained and sufficient for a pleasant stay.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean, and the breakfasts were great. The staff, especially the chef and waiter from Kilmarnock, were very friendly and helpful. However, the rooms were a bit outdated and could use a refurbishment, giving more of a basic motel room vibe rather than a 4-star experience.
The hotel has lovely and clean rooms, but the staff could be more attentive. The location is fantastic, especially for exploring the Cairngorm Mountains, yet the lack of atmosphere in the bar was a letdown. Dining offered abundant and delicious choices, but the prices were slightly high for the experience.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, with immaculate rooms and very helpful front desk staff. The service was welcoming, although there could have been more personal touches to make guests feel truly special. The location was amazing, offering beautiful surroundings and plenty of on-site activities, but there were some minor issues with cleanliness at the bar. The dining experience fell short with limited choices and aloof staff, yet my room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable.
